Course for Professional Organisers
Level 1

The course for Professional Organizers was created with all those people in mind who are thinking of following the Organization area in a more professional way and are looking for training that will be the basis for their professional development, regardless of their background.
Designed by the consultant and certified trainer, Susete Lourenço she will be the main trainer. Susete Lourenço is a professional since 2018, in the Portuguese market and is currently NAPO's Ambassador for Europe.

The course consists of two levels. The second level will take place on April 1st (see more information in the text below).
In the first level we will cover:
- What it is to be an organizational professional
- The creation of the business
- The customers
- The importance of our image as professionals
- Communicating the business to the world
We will exemplify with real cases, from customers who trusted Home Optimizer with their organization needs.

Course for Professional Organisers
Level 2
April 1st - In person and online
The course for Professional Organizers was created with all those people in mind who are thinking of following the Organization area in a more professional way and are looking for training that will be the basis for their professional development, regardless of their background.
Designed by the consultant and certified trainer, Susete Lourenço she will be the main trainer. Susete Lourenço is a professional since 2018, in the Portuguese market and is currently NAPO's Ambassador for Europe.
In the second level we will work on organizing the house, division by division in the professional perspective, and making the final project. You don't need to have level 1 to participate.
We will have a face-to-face session on April 1st in Lisbon and 1 online session (date to be scheduled with trainees).
Each participant will receive a certificate and the possibility of an internship, in a Home Optimizer organization project if they meet the necessary conditions.

Trainer: Susete Lourenço
Susete Lourenço is certified in professional organisation by the International Association of Professions Career College.
She is the first Professional Member in Portugal of the renowned NAPO - National Association of Productivity & Organizing.
She regularly publishes articles on organization and productivity in specialized magazines, on blog from Home Optimizer, and is the author of the book Casa Organizada, Vida Feliz, a practical guide of suggestions and advice for transforming the home and coping with transitional moments in life, such as grief or divorce.
She has a degree in Information and Documentation Sciences and was, for 17 years, responsible for the Library and Archive of the CMVM - Securities Market Commission, and for 7 years, responsible for the Documentation Centre of the Lisbon Stock Exchange.
Founding member of APEOP - Portuguese Association of Specialists in Organization and Productivity,and founder of her company Home Optimizer, where she works as a Professional Organizer, since 2018.
